Website and RFQ email handoff
This public website provides industrial sourcing information and a browser-to-email RFQ workflow. The form prepares a message addressed to sales@neprovia.com in the visitor’s chosen email application.
What happens to RFQ entries
Typed information and selected files remain in browser memory while the page is open. The website does not upload or store them. When you open the prepared email, the RFQ text is passed to your email application; it is transmitted only when you choose to send it. Files must be attached manually.
Hosting and external links
Sites provides the hosting layer and may retain operational access or security logs under its own practices. Email and telephone links open your chosen applications. This website does not enable analytics or nonessential marketing cookies.
Email handling and questions
After you send an RFQ, Neprovia receives the message and any manually attached documents through its business email service. Do not send personal identification or controlled technical data through ordinary email. Contact sales@neprovia.com for privacy questions or deletion requests.
